Monique Meadows

Monique Meadows has been working with social change organizations for over twenty years as a fundraising and organization development professional and in other roles. By merging the knowledge of earth-based traditions with organizational change theory, she transforms organizations and people for the better. Monique has raised multi-million dollar grants and directed multi-year strategic planning processes for organizations such as Habitat for Humanity of the Chesapeake, Portland Jobs with Justice, Leadership Conference for Civil and Human Rights, Community Mediation, Dignity USA, National Gay and Lesbian Task Force, and National Immigration Project of the National Lawyers Guild.
